The Premier League has already closed its transfer window with a record £2.36 billion spent between all the teams, so at the moment no club can make any new signings until January, when the transfer window reopens, however, Manchester United can still sell players to increase their budget for future signings.
The Red Devils had a very busy last day of the transfer window, as the board had to make the incorporation of three players who were already in their sights for some weeks, but for different reasons had not been able to be finalized, so yesterday was the last chance to sign them with the intention that they can bring something interesting to the squad and improve the performance shown in the first games of the campaign.
Even so, there were moves that were still pending, as even yesterday afternoon there was talk that several Red Devils players could leave as several clubs were interested in them, but now that the transfer market has closed, we could all come to think that there would be no more movements within the club and that the squad will remain as it is now.
However, both Donny Van de Beek and Eric Bailly could see their departure during the next week, this because the leagues of the teams interested in them have not yet closed their market, so they can still add players and make different transfers, something that can no longer be done in the Premier League.
The Dutch midfielder, Van de Beek could arrive at Galatasaray, as the Turkish club has until September 15 to submit an offer that suits the Red Devils so they can let their player go, while Eric Bailly has several offers from clubs in Saudi Arabia, so they can submit an offer until September 7, so it is expected that the defender will leave before that date.
