After weeks of being out, the United star that will shine in Qatar

The world champions, France recently confirmed that their national team captain, Karim Benzema is officially out of the tournament following a new injury, which was supposed to create an opportunity for a United star to earn a World Cup call.

But sadly, France's national team head coach Didier Deschamps ruled out the possibility of Anthony Martial getting a late world cup call up as the team has decided to not bring in any replacement for the injured current Balon D'or holder.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR MARTIAL?

The Frenchman is expectedly sad about the current outcome of things regarding being the replacement for Benzema. Martial has had a decent season with Manchester United with two goals and two assists in five appearances in the Premier League but is subjected to more of an impact substitute role under Erik Ten Hag. He will be heading to Spain with the rest of the United squad for a training camp.
