The red devils fans are definitely looking to get a new owner in the next part of the season, and the fact is that now he could be ready to send an offer.

More than a year ago the Glazers decided that they were going to go ahead and sell the Manchester United team to a new owner, and until today there are yet to make any kind of decision when it comes to the fact to actually go ahead and accept a new offer from any of the bidders, and now the Qatari could be ready to get back into the race.

One of the main reasons why the Glazers are yet to accept the offer from Sir Jim Ratcliffe, despite the fact that several sources reported that it was almost a done deal, is the fact that they believe that his valuation of the team is to low, his current offer values the whole team at 6 billion euros, and they are expecting to get closer to 10 billion euros.

But now it has been confirmed that Sheikh Jassim was ready to send a new offer for the team but after the result in the Champions League the Qatari has finally decided that he would be looking to send a new offer to the Glazers, but this new offer would come with some changes to really help the team get better results.

Now it has been confirmed that Sheikh Jassim is going to take his offer from 9 billion euros to 8.7 billion euros, but the fact is that he has included in the contract that he is going to use that extra 300 million euros to make some new signings, and that amount would be added to the budget that he already had for that purpose.

Sheikh Jassim budget

First it was reported that the Sheikh Jassim was ready to go ahead and use at least 500 million euros to make transfers in the next transfer window, and with this new change he would be ready to invest 800 million euros directly into the Manchester United squad.
