It has always been reported that Ten Hag does not trust Maguire, and that is why even if he remains on the team for the next season, Jean-Clair Todibo could arrive to Manchester United as the next back up defender in case any of the starters gets injured or they need to rest, and for the 23 year old player, the situation seems to be ideal to prove himself with the team.
