When Manchester United beat Nottingham Forest in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semifinal away from home. The Red Devils won the game 3-0 to get a huge advantage in the return leg at Old Trafford. But there was a huge celebration that caught media attention after the game.

United players crowd one of their teammates, Wout Weghorst as they cheered him on for an important win. The winter signing had scored his first goal for Manchester United since joining the club as they beat Forest 3-0. The Dutchman was very delighted to mark his first United goal.

But things have been tough ever since for Wout Weghorst as his excitement has fizzled out to worries for him as fans criticize him over his lack of goals in following games. The Dutchman has been found opportunities but has failed to put the ball into the back of the net.

Fortunately, his manager is less concerned, as he believes Weghorst is doing a great job since joining the team. Ten Hag replied to a Weghorst question during the presser saying, 'he defends, he recovers balls and he presses.' He added that he create space for other places to flourish.
