The son of Ryan Giggs, Manchester United legend and player with the most appearances for the Red Devils seems to be willing to leave Manchester United at the end of the season. His contract ends at the end of this season and the English club seems to have no intention of renewing the contract of the young left-back who plays for Manchester United's youth team.

The 16-year-old Welshman has set his sights on other English clubs such as Sheffield United and would be willing to leave the Manchester United youth team to which he has belonged since 2019. Zach Giggs, who has been in the youth ranks since he was 12 years old Manchester United's contract expires at the end of the season.

However, 'the blades' are under a transfer embargo after the EFL found Sheffield United guilty for unpaid player purchases, making it impossible for them to sign.

That ban extends down to the youth football level, meaning Zach would not be able to sign any professional deals. This would leave Zach in limbo. Paul Heckingbottom, manager of Sheffiled, was explaining Zach's situation with Man United and he was unsure as he doesn't know about it at all, but that they couldn't sign players.

Son of a legend

His father, Ryan, is one of the most iconic players in Manchester United history, being a one club man for the Red Devils. Giggs played 963 games throughout his career, scoring 168 goals. His track record was exceptional, winning 13 Premier League titles and two Champions League titles, among many other trophies. In addition, the Welshman is the highest assist in the history of the Premier League with 162 assists.
