Manchester United has consistently started the same set of players over the first few months under new manager Erik Ten Hag as he looked to build team cohesion and understanding between his preferred starters since joined in the summer.
Erik Ten Hag is known to not like fixing what is not needed and has a preference for sticking with the same starting line up except their a specific issue that requires further tinkering with the squad. It is a system he has now adopted at United this season.

After an initial tweaking, Ten Hag finally found the balance he was looking for in his preferred eleven and has stuck with it ever since. Marcus Rashford, Diogo Dalot, Burno Fernandes, Casemiro, and even David De Gea are predominantly his regular starters.
Diogo Dalot is currently having his best run of starts at United and has consistently improved his performances to convince Ten Hag that he made the right decision to back him. His regular feature for Manchester United earned him a spot on Portugal's World Cup squad.
Bruno Fernandes has been terrific for the Portuguese team with four-goal contributions at the tournament so far. He also won the Man of The Match award in game two following his braces that sent Portugal through to the next round. Dalot is set to start his first game at the World Cup for Portugal and will be hoping to continue his incredible form at right-back today.
