That was a good run from Antony, who broke forward with real intent, but Martial did not give an option in the box and the move eventually came to nothing. De Gea’s kicking has steadily regressed. The broadcasters did not show his attempt there to find Antony. The ball was shanked and did not reach the halfway line.

Caicedo always turns up against United and he's been excellent again this afternoon. He evaded the attention of Casemiro just there and Shaw had to bring him down. Lindelof clumsily concedes a corner and Dalot’s instinct is to high five him. Forget the generational guff and how times have changed, United need to be a bit more confrontational with each other. That almost led to a goal for Enciso and then Welbeck.

Brilliant from Wan-Bissaka, who roams forward and plays a ball into the box. The game has really come alive now at both ends. That was a really good chance, but Fernandes' free-kick was fired into the wall. A poor effort from around 25 yards and his rebound was also sent over the bar.

The last 10 minutes have been the Reds' best spell in the game. United look much better at this stage of the game and chances are being created. Dalot did well to play Rashford down the left but the forward could not find a teammate in the box. He's only just returned from his spell on the sidelines and that might explain his quiet display.

Rashford down the middle

Antony on the right, Rashford down the middle and Sancho on the left. There's nothing between the two sides after 90 minutes, so we're heading to extra-time. This really hasn't been a classic and United certainly did not want extra-time. They've looked tired recently and they're going to have to battle for another 30 minutes, at least. It's worth remembering De Gea's penalty record is really poor.
