Cristiano Ronaldo and Manchester United remain in a tussle over his recent media comments about the club and their internal affairs which has infuriated the board and his manager. His actions have also generated a lot of reactions from the footballing world but the fans stand with him.

His comments about the clubs' poor reception to issues that affected him at the lowest point of his life have yielded a lot of outcry from the fans as the truth unfolds to clear out the media bashing he faced during that period. An action he described as the club not being emphatic with him.

Despite the unfolding saga with the club, a youngster within the squad affirm that Ronaldo remains an abject professional who serves as an inspiration to them of what they can achieve in football.  The standard that Ronaldo has set in sports leaves him with only one comparable player in Lionel Messi.

In a recent comment by United winger Anthony Elanga, he described as the same person great person that he has always been and he has been very intent on helping him become a better player and person. He remarked that Ronaldo did not change and has able been his usual despite the unfolding situation with the club leadership.

Although United are working round the clock for every legal that they can take up against the star player, it is expected to be a frustrating experience for them as they'll be unable to contact the 37-year-old until after the World Cup as he's currently representing Portugal in Qatar.
