Antony could take advantage of the situation and have a great season

Manchester United has the start of the Premier League closer and closer, so the coach is looking for all his players to live up to expectations, because for this year the club aims to achieve as many titles as possible, as Ten Hag raised the hopes of the fans after the good last season, plus all the reinforcements that have been added during this summer.

Erik Ten Hag has shown that he can return the Red Devils to the top of Europe, however, there are several players who need to perform better this season, as they need to show that they can meet the demands that the club requires of them, as they have spent a multimillion dollar amount on reinforcements, but the players have not performed adequately.

One of them is Antony, the Brazilian striker is one of the most skilled, but his performance during his first year at Old Trafford has not been adequate, as his efficiency in attack has been very low, scoring only 8 goals and giving 4 assists, for that reason he is one of the players who are in the coach's sights, if they do not perform in the best way, they could see his departure soon.

In addition to that, the Brazilian has to meet the expectations because one of the young promises that shone in the preseason was injured, so Antony will have to go out to prove that he is ready to give a great season and be able to consolidate as one of the great reinforcements that the club was looking for.

The right winger, originally from Ivory Coast, could get minutes during the preseason, in which he could shine being one of the best players in the games he was present, however, in the first game of the tour of the United States against Arsenal, he would hurt his knee so the medical report would have indicated that he would be out of the courts indefinitely, so he would miss the start of the Premier League.
