The Red half of Manchester has been in the media a lot more than usual despite the league football being halted across Europe for the 2022 FIFA World Cup going on in Qatar. United has somehow found its way into the limelight of things over new development at the club.
But away from the off-pitch dramas, their players in Qatar have been performing well for their national team sides as they battle it out for a place in the history book. Manchester United had 14 players called up by their home countries to the Mundial.

Three United first-team regulars were called up by Gareth Southgate to the England squad including in-form striker Marcus Rashford, who has been spearheading the Ten Hag era at Manchester United. Rashford has been lauded by many for his top performance this season.
His national teammate Declan Rice recently spoke about him to the media stating that he highly rates the 25 years old as the most skillful player he knows. He added that Rashford is the best at it as he does mad stuff with the ball at his feet, especially in the slow-motion sequences.
Although Rashford is in top form, he has been unable to break into England's starting eleven and has had to start both of their group-stage matches off the bench. He was an instant impact on his World Cup debut this year as he scored England's fifth goal of the night against Iran in game one. Sadly, he couldn't add to his tally in game two as the Three Lions drew with the USA.
