One of the key reasons why Manchester United went all out to sign Erik Ten Hag was because of the attractive football style that he played with his Ajax team of young lads who dominated the Eredivise and pull some impressive upsets in the UEFA Champions League. The likes of Frankie De Jong, Donny Van de Beek, David Neres, and even United summer signing, Antony all shone under his tutelage.

With an academy reach in young talents and more signed from abroad, there are a lot of players for Ten Hag to sieve through and pick his preferences for more first-team experiences. Unlikely for one player, he does not seem to fit into Ten Hag's plans as he is set to be loaned out in January for more game development after this 2020 move to Manchester.

There were so many buzzing talks when United sort to sign Facundo Pellistri from Uruguayan side Penarol for about nine million euros. The raw exciting talent with so much potential was the talk of the media for days as more social media camp videos of his trickery surfed. The then 17-year-old got the dream move to Old Trafford but is yet to make any Premier League appearance for United.

Despite his exciting talents, the amount of quality and experience options available to Erik Ten Hag has forced him to not include the 20-year-old in the first team. This leaves him with only the option of loaning him out to continue to gather football experience and game time with the possibility of getting a slot in the first team in the future.

WHERE WILL PELLISTRI GO TO?

With the World Cup coming up, Ten Hag will have more time to plan the second half of the season better as there will be an expected marathon of games. A loan move for the youngster would have been carefully studied, with a number of English rumored to be ready to pounce at the opportunity to get the Uruguayan on their team.
