Manchester United had activity in the last few days in which different conclusions were drawn, the strikers started to be a good complement, between Marcus Rashford who is fully trusted by Erik ten Hag, and Martial who recovered from his injury and scored two goals in the Manchester derby.

Erik ten Hag knew that this had to be taken in his stride, although he wanted to give his two strikers a little rest, he used them as substitutes for the Europa League match in Cyprus against Omonia, at half time he brought on Rashford who scored the equaliser, and his teammate Martial came on minutes later to score the winner, before Marcus Rashford's second goal.
