Manchester United was emerging a few weeks ago to be one of the most active teams in the transfer market, however the sale of the team has slowed down the intentions of Erik ten Hag who has seen several of his targets leave for other teams.

In view of this, the Dutch coach is very upset with the delay in the sale of the club, as this has generated a budgetary uncertainty that has not allowed him to know how much money he will have to spend on signings this summer and that in turn has led to several players who have been targets of Erik ten Hag, deciding to leave for other teams.

Such is the case of defender Kim Min Jae, who would have been one of the priorities for the Dutch coach of the Red Devils, and it was even reported that there had already been approaches with the player's entourage who would be very interested in coming to Old Trafford. However, budget uncertainty prevented Manchester United from making an offer to Napoli and now it seems that FC Bayern have entered the race and are the favorites to sign the South Korean defender.

The reason that keeps Declan Rice away

The last signing that could not be finalized due to the uncertainty that the team is going through is the English midfielder Declan Rice, who would be one of the players that Erik ten Hag likes the most to reinforce the midfield of the team. However, the 100 million euros requested by West Ham would be out of reach for Manchester United, as they do not know who the new owner will be, so they cannot spend that amount.
