Erik ten Hag hopes more Manchester United youth players can reach the first team

The red devils are now looking to bring some younger players to the team, but instead of buying them they beleive that they have enough talent in the academy to make it happen now.

Manchester United main concern right now is the fact that the red devils have not been able to go ahead and have a really good season for the team, and with all of the injuries they are definitely looking to make some changes, but the fact is that now the team might be looking to give a chance to some of the players in the youth academy of the team.

“It’s very important for the development of the players to play in occasions where you get challenged and, in a cup, it’s always about do or die,” Ten Hag started, and the fact is that now the manager might be looking to give a chance to this youth players that might also be looking for their first chance to prove themselves to the team now.

Ten Hag added, “So under such strong expectations, you have to perform as a team and as an individual and especially in youth development, it’s about the individual development of the player by the end of that day.” and this youth players definitely need to go ahead and show their value with the team in the next part of the season right now.

“If you do the right things, if you work very hard every day, and also, away from football, that your life is in the right direction, it goes in the right approach,” Ten Hag said when asked how academy players might get a chance to join the first team and have a chance for a break trough from the academy to the first team in the next months.
