Manchester United manager is making everything that he can to make sure that he is allowed to do his work, but the fact is that the things could have changed.

It has been reported several times now that Manchester United only has a budget of 120 million euros, but now it seems that manager is not actually allowed to make use of that money until the whole sale of the club is completed, making it so that the red devils have lost a few players that they wanted to reinforce the team.
