When the World Cup call-ups were made, Manchester United fans and players lit up in excitement at the opportunity the Mundial in Qatar will provide. The fans were excited about the chance to see global stars compete at the national level.

For the players, the excitement was down to making the squad list for the most sort after trophy in world football, as the event only takes place once in four years. The likes of new signings Lisandro Martinez and Antony Santos were elated to get their first World Cup call-up.

The World which is known for birthing new stars has come alive in frantic fashion for Manchester United fans as their player dominate the tournament in style while representing their different nationalities in Qatar.

Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw, and Casemiro have been vital to their countries' progression into the next round of the World Cup. With all group-stage matches completed, the likes of England, Portugal, Brazil, and France are set to compete in the round of 16.

Currently, Bruno Fernandes tops the United lots with four goals contributions with a brace each for goals and assists so far. Marcus Rashford has chipped in three goals to help England's course of the title, alongside Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw with two clean sheets and one assist apiece amongst them. Casemiro also has a goal to his name amongst the club's top performers in Qatar.
