The 20-year-old previously played under Erik ten Hag at Ajax and was one of the players it was suggested to the manager who wanted to bring him to Old Trafford, however the decision to move to Bavaria was already made last year.

Gravenberch has only started one Bundesliga game since then, and with the former Ajax midfielder desperate for more playing time, this summer could see him push away from the Allianz Arena.

With four years remaining on his current contract with Bayern, Gravenberch's representatives will meet with three Premier League clubs to discuss the possibility of a transfer to England.

That's according to Foot Mercato's French football expert Santi Aouna, who says the Dutch international's entourage is set to meet Manchester United, Liverpool and Premier League leaders Arsenal. Gravenberch has made 11 appearances for the Dutch national team, but he too will lose his place in that team if he doesn't work out his playing time at Bayern.

Could Gravenberch make a similar move to Marcel Sabitzer in the summer?

Meanwhile, a report in the Mirror claims the midfield ace has turned down a meeting with Ten Hag after informing Liverpool he would be keen to join them. The report indicates that Liverpool have taken a big step in discussing personal terms with the player's representatives.
