Not many footballers get the opportunity to play for their favorite club in the world, nor manager or teams. Not even the idea of playing with a football legend like Cristiano Ronaldo is an achievable dream despite being the desire of every player.
The Red Devils signed Cristiano Ronaldo as a teenage wonderkid from Portugal with a dream to be the best. They sold him on a few years later for a record fee to one of his other favorite teams in the world which is Real Madrid.
They said he was the next Cristiano, he flopped and now United taught him a harsh lesson
Excitement takes over Manchester as United fans realise impact of club action
At Real Madrid, he grew rapidly from a quality player to the best player in the club's history while shattering all records and setting new ones that have helped to build his legendary legacy which he continued at Juventus before exiting for a return home.
Ronaldo's return to Manchester United was the most exciting transfer at the club since the acquisition of young attacker Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund. His signing was inspirational both on and off the pitch for the club.
In a recent report, Manchester United midfield magician Christian Eriksen commented about Cristiano Ronaldo stating that the team is sad that he is no longer a part of them but his name and legacy forever remain special in football. He added that he was fortunate to be able to play alongside Ronaldo but is now focused on the with at United without the club legend.
