Manchester United fans are finally buying into what their new manager Erik Ten Hag is trying to create at the club as they gradually begin to see the signs that align with their desire for their favorite club to be back to the top level.
The club in recent months seems to be developing a clear identity, which had been missing for several years both on and off the pitch much to the displeasure of their fans. The players are going about their duties more passionately which makes the crowd roars get louder in delight.

The highly-rated Dutch manager took over in the summer after his well-lauded work at Ajax in the past three years where he built a brilliant team. The Red Devils board couldn't resist missing out on such a quality manager to be in charge of the club.
Ten Hag has since the summer begun to integrate the players into his coaching style and playing demands, which has taken a bit of time for the players to adapt as mentioned by De Gea previously as the season progressed but has picked up recently with a nine-game unbeaten run to prove that the results are coming in.
According to the latest reports, Erik Ten Hag recommended that the club hired a performance psychologist, who has now joined the club and will be part of their training sessions. Also, Ten Hag is reported to have encouraged the sport psychologist to be available to the Talent Academy Group as well.
