Despite being available, Ten Hag refuses to select player and benches this player like Ronaldo.

Over the last few years, United have invested heavily in play recruitment by backing the transfer targets of their many managers, with some spending more than others. As a result, United was packed with a lot of young and exciting players with long-term contracts, who had believed in the dreams they we sold during the transfer process.

But different managers meant different styles, systems, and most importantly, the type of players they want and need to play and implement their coach's principles. Erik Ten Hag desperately signed Lisandro Martinez and Antony for that reason from Ajax during the summer. Both players had played under him for at least two consistent seasons and understood what he demands from a team in every play.

This can not be said of United's English right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka whom, United paid desperately to sign in the summer of 2019 for 55 million euros from Crystal Palace. He has gone on to make  90 appearances in their colors with two goals and four assists to his name. Before Ten Hag, he had been a consistent feature in the United team since his move.

Yet, Erik Ten Hag does not care as he gave the English man just four minutes of action this season as he regularly warms the bench compared to Ronaldo who has had more games. the drastic turnaround of Wan-Bissaka playing since Ten Hag took over has been a shock to lots of United fans who still be live that he still has so much to offer the club.

WHAT NEXT FOR BENCH WARMER AS THE SEASON HALTS?

It's no surprise that Wan-Bissaka would feel unwanted haven't now played any significant part in United's games this season. As a result, the 24 years would certainly look to switch to a different club on a short loan or permanently as he's not receiving the support and back that was promised to him when he was signed.
