Manchester United is currently on a path to rebuild itself as a formidable team in club football. The new phase is being championed by manager Erik Ten Hag who has begun to stamp his principles and authority over the current setup within the club.
The new transition has seen a few regular faces become surplus to requirement this season under Ten Hag and could potentially be shown the exit door when the transfer window opens. United club captain Harry Maguire seems to be a name on the list after rarely being picked for games by his manager.

In response to the ongoing speculations, Harry Maguire has slammed the United backroom staff including his manager with a breathtaking performance in his World Cup game for England yesterday. The 29-year-old was chosen to lead the backline by his national team coach who has unshaken faith in him.
Maguire was solid throughout the Three Lions' 6-2 mauling of Iran as he provided an assist for England's second goal scored by Bukayo Saka. Though he later suffered a slit knock during the game and was subbed off for the medical team to further assess the situation
Well, it is safe to say that Maguire has taken up the challenge fully and has once begun to show United fans through his resounding performance. Backed by his national team, Harry Maguire looks set and ready to turn over his present situation at United in December when the league resumes. United are yet to reconsider its stance. But for now, the Englishman hopes to continue this great performance in the coming games for England.
