Manchester United and Arsenal could enter a millionaire battle to sign Declan Rice

Both Manchester United and Arsenal are interested in signing the 24 year old player from West Ham, and both of them seems to meet all the requierements to sign him, both are going to the Champions League in the next season and both of them are ready to at least triple his current salary of 3 million euros, and now they could battle for him.

Arsenal seems to be the first team that is going to make a move for the midfielder, sources close to the team confirmed that they are going to send a first offer that could go up to the 90 millions, and the offer could already include the salary and the extension of the contract, but that is just the beginning of this millionare battle.

Because despite receiving that offer it has been reported that West Ham would actually wait for Manchester United offer, because they believe that the offer from the red devils could go a little bit higher than that, the offer that Manchester United would send could include at least 100 million euros and a midfielder for the Hammers.
