Manchester United is reportedly ready to enquiry about striker's availability in the January window.

The Red Devils are desperately working around the clock to ensure that they are fully ready to grab any opportunity that appears in the January transfer window as they seek to drastically improve their chances of competing in the second half of the season.

Erik Ten Hag and his squad have already begun their groundwork with a recent training camp in Spain and are now back to Carrington to continue their preparations as they countdown to the  season restart in a couple of days after a long break.

No matter how long it takes, Ten Hag is determined to wait for him

Marcus Rashford has been leading United's attacks impressively this season and has been their most consistent attacking in this campaign at the moment as their other attacking options are yet to fully come to the party this season.

The attacking options for Manchester United were hit heavily with Cristiano Ronaldo's exit from the club, as the Portuguese star was United's leading goalscorer last season with about 24 goals to help United get  a UEFA Europa League spot for this season.

WHO IS UNITED ENQUIRING ABOUT?

According to reports, Manchester United have decided to act on their interest in an attacking target and has sent an enquiry to SL Benfica for the possible signing of 21-year-old Goncalo Ramos in January. Ramos was recently part of Portugal's World Cup campaign where he bagged a hattrick on his World Cup full debut.
