While the rest of the Manchester United squad is now back in Carrington, some are still away on special assignments like the World Cup in Qatar and special training in the Netherlands as they plan ahead for the second half of the season.
The training session in Spain lasted a whole week and gave Erik Ten Hag an idea of his team's current start of mind and level of preparedness for the season resumption in the coming weeks.

Though Ten Hag has a clear knowledge of his team, he is still very concerned when there are challenges that he notices his players are going through, which was what prompted him to swiftly help Jadon Sancho find his confidence on the ball again.
To solve the situation, Erik Ten Hag sent Sancho to his home country for some personalized training to help him get back his form. The Englishman also cleared out his social media in a bid to fully concentrate on improving himself.
According to reports, Erik Ten Hag stressed that he spotted some drop-off in Sancho's performances and advised him to follow an individualized training programme to improve his fitness and mindset to get back to his best self.
