Manchester United could be ready to finally let go of Scott McTominay in this transfer window now that the Hammers are ready to go back for the midfielder and with a new offer in mind to make it happen.

Erik ten Hag was set to let Scott McTominay leave the team in this transfer window, and while the team ahead in the race to make the deal happen is West Ham, the truth is that they never actually reached a deal that would suit both parties with the amount of money involved, and now it seems that the Hammers are ready to make the deal happen for a new amount.

It has been reported several times now that Manchester City are looking to sign Lucas Paqueta from the West Ham team, and with a fee that coud go up to 110 million euros for the brazilian, the Hammers are now ready to spend big money in the players that they believe could actually reinforce the team with the moves of Rice and probably Paqueta.

That is why the portal of “Football Insiders” has reported the fact that West Ham could now be ready to pay up to 50 million euros for Scott McTominay to make the deal happen, mainly because David Moyes believes that he could help the team remain competitive even if they lose two of their most important players in this transfer window.

Scott McTominay future

And while for some days it seemed that Scott McTominay was set to stay with the Manchester United team at least for the next season, now it has been reported that the red devils are more than open to let him go, especially if the amount that they would receive for the midfielder goes that high in this transfer window.
