Everything fell apart after the blast of the final whistle at the Emirates last night. The away fans sunk to their seat at the realization that they are far behind the likes of Arsenal with their rebuilding process as they suffered a 3-2 defeat in a game that they offer very little in taking the win.

Erik Ten Hag couldn’t only shake his head this time as he did against Crystal Palace, he had his hands all over his face as he saw his team collapse at the biggest test of the season against Arsenal. It was a game that exposed a lot of lapses in his Manchester United team.

But last night's game was a quick reminder of the problem.

What other terrible news has United received?

Earlier this week, news broke out that Manchester United has decided to push for a move for Harry Kane in the summer as he enters the final 18 months of his current deal at Tottenham. But according to the latest reports, Harry Kane has decided to renew his contract with Tottenham, killing any potential move to Old Trafford, which has now thrown United's plans into an off-pitch crisis. Kane prior to joining Tottenham has always been a childhood supporter of Arsenal who beat United last night.
