Erik Ten Hag is always keen to sign the best players available and after three signings this summer, the fans are excited for the start of the season to see all the new players in action, however, Manchester United could be interested in making a fourth move to further strengthen the squad.

Neymar has been in the club's sights for a couple of months now, as his arrival at Old Trafford has been linked with the possible arrival of Sheikh Jassim as the new owner, but the situation is still unclear and the possibility of the Brazilian star joining the club had been dismissed at one point.

However, Paris Saint-Germain have just informed the striker that he is no longer in their plans for this season, so Neymar will have to find a new destination before the transfer window closes; there has been a lot of talk about his possible return to FC Barcelona, but the Spanish club's coach commented that the Brazilian did not fit into his system of play.

This is undoubtedly a great opportunity for the Red Devils who have been interested in the player for some time, so Ten Hag would have to hurry to submit an offer if they want to sign the striker, as there will surely be many other teams in the "fight" to be able to get the services of the Brazilian striker.

Neymar's value

There is no doubt that Neymar is still one of the greatest players in the world, so the news about his departure from PSG could make many clubs put their offers on the table, however, Manchester United is one of the strongest teams that could sign the striker, so they could be offering around €60-70 million to start negotiations for the player.
