Neymar's motive for joining Manchester United, the money the club would pay

Erik Ten Hag has shown that he has done a great job since he arrived at Manchester United, as after achieving third place last season, which allowed them to have direct access to the Champions League, he has been able to raise the expectations of all the fans who hope that the club can return to the glory to which we were accustomed. 

For that reason, one of the ways in which the coach has made all this change in the club has been through reinforcements, as the Red Devils for a year since Ten Hag arrived, have invested more than 300 million pounds in players, this with the intention of being able to improve the bad streak that the team had been suffering not only in the Premier League, but also with several failed signings. 

So this season, the club has signed three big-name players to cover certain outfield positions that were vitally important to strengthen this season, however, the manager is still looking to make a couple more moves that will allow him to have even more depth in the squad. 

One of those players who could arrive before the transfer window closes is Brazilian star Neymar, who had been linked with United for some weeks, as it was expected that with the possible arrival of Sheikh Jassim as the new owner, the striker could join the team for the 60 million euros in which he is valued, but now with new news, he could get even closer to Old Trafford.

The Brazilian star is planning to leave Paris Saint Germain, as according to reports close to the player, he is said to have informed the French club that he wants to leave this summer, so United could enter as one of the candidates to sign him, because it has already shown interest in Neymar and could fit the system of play of Ten Hag, so the club will be very attentive to updates on the case.
