Erik Ten Hag would have the urgency to sell his players soon, this with the motive of being able to increase the budget with which the coach started in this transfer market, so he would let go of the players that he considers that they no longer fit in his plans for the future and he wants to sell them before their value goes down.

As we already know, Ten Hag, would have made a list of the players that he would no longer have for next season and although several names on that list are surprising, we can be clear that the reasons are based on performance and also on the new ideas that the coach has, so seeing Van de Beek, Maguire, Martial or McTominay on that list surprises us too much, but we are also aware that their level of play has been very poor and that this has led to them no longer having a place in the team.

The  player who also be more 'likely to leave the club soon is the Brazilian midfielder, who arrived at the club in the 2018 season when Jose Mourinho was still manager of the team; United paid 59 million euros in the hope that Fred could perform at a high level and be the solution in midfield.

However, at no point in the five seasons he has been at Old Trafford has he felt comfortable, nor has he fitted in, and now that Mason Mount has arrived at the club, new young players are emerging and looking to earn their place. So, Fred's time at the club could be coming to an end.

Teams already showing interest in Fred

Once Ten Hag announced the players who are transferable, the name of Fred began to sound in the market, as there have already been several clubs who are interested in signing the Brazilian, teams like Galatasaray, Fulham and some of Saudi Arabia, and would be preparing an offer for the player, so United could be receiving around £ 20 million with this transfer.
