Lautaro Martinez has been an elite striker for a few seasons now and there is no surprise in him being hunted by a various amount of teams all around Europe, and now with him being a World Cup winner there is even more reason to sign him, so Manchester United is preparing a first offer for him.

The numbers that Lautaro has posted this season are, in 32 matches he has scored a total of 17 goals and he also has 4 assists, at the moment he has played 87% of the minutes possible to him so we can also say that he is a player that can stay healthy for a long amount of time.

The idea behind this transfer is to keep giving Erik ten Hag the tools to make a competitive squad, and the striker that seems to be getting ahead of every other option is Martinez, a player that is used to compite for the league title and for the Champions League, both of them are main goals for the red devils going into the next season.

The amount that it is being worked with is 80 million euros for the argentinian player, at the moment he is a 25 year old player that has managed to stay healthy for the most part of his carreer and also is a preatty steady player when it comes to the results that he gives.

The other options

Harry Kane has been in the talks as well for a move to Manchester United, but the big difference that could make the team decide for Lautaro comes with the price tag that the Spurs are putting on his player, which is something around the 120 million euros, and with a difference of 40 million, the argentinian striker seems to be the new number one option.
