Manchester United are through to the much-desired Carabao Cup final after an inspirational second-half performance from the Red Devils. The dogged first half saw both teams stuck at a 0-0 stalemate till the second-half turnaround that further guarantee United's first final of the season.

The Red Devils had to wait till the 73rd minute to grab their first goal of the night through Anthony Martial, who came on as a substitute before Fred extended and sealed the win with the second, three minutes after the first one of the day.

Unsurprisingly, both goals were worked out by the undeniable Marcus Rashford who didn't start the game either. Marcus Rashford was dropped to the bench for the game with United's breakout star, Alejandro Garnacho taking up his spot in the starting lineup.

The youngster was impressive from the very first minutes till Rashfor replaced him as Eirk Ten Hag desperately wanted to win tonight despite their huge 3-0 first-leg advantage. Rashford didn't get on the scoresheet but created two beautiful goals that helped United get the win.

What Ronaldo antics have Rashford rubbished?

Coming off the bench tonight, Marcus Rashford was able to inspire the Red Devils to victory on a very important occasion. This was something Ronaldo failed to do under Erik Ten Hag early on in the season but was rather complaining that he wasn't starting. Rashford took his chances and now looks set to get his first title under Ten Hag when they face Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final.
