Scott McTominay confesses what Manchester United needs to shine this season

The red devils are looking for better results in the next part of the season, but the fact is that there is still a lot of work to be done from the player to achieve that.

Manchester United office is concerned that they need to do a lot of changes to the team in the next part of the season if they actually want to get better results now, and the fact is that now they are also looking to make sure that they could get better performances from each of the players on the team that are looking to improve as well.

"We had a regular team, not so many changes. Especially in our back line. That helps you. You get the routines in. We have to wait for that. I think it is personnel. We are not the only team. I see inconsistency from other teams in the Premier League." McTominay started and the fact is that the team really needs to imrpove right away.

McTominay added, "It is the players responsibility. We know that as well. We have big characters in the dressing room. It is not like the other managers when it has been toxic at times. Players can get lost in translation, we just want to do well for the football club. It is as simple as that." and that shows the current feelings on the team now.

"Every team is super athletic, a lot of the time we need to match that and more. We need to get together sometimes. It needs to come from the players. It is finding that consistency and balance."  McTominay ended, and the fact is that this really shows the way that the red devils have been working so far and how they need to improve right away now.
