Harry Maguire only played in the second half of the England National team game against Scotland, but that was more than enough to actually score an own goal, that unleashed the criticism against him once gain.

Most of the England National team fans, and the Manchester United fans believe that by scoring that own goal, Harry Maguire showed that Erik ten Hag was right by leaving him in the bench, but now it seems that Southgate believes that he is one of the players that receives the most hate, and he might even suggest that this should stop as soon as possible from the fans.

Some sources even believe that Gareth Southgate is excited with the on going situation with the center backs of the Manchester United team, the reason being that with the current injury of Varane and the fact that Martinez could not be playing full time, it means that Harry Maguire might get a chance to get back into the line up and have some more minutes in the season.
