Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag was very adamant in his first presser at the club that he intends to bring back the winning mentality that Manchester United fans are well accustomed to from their glorious past under Sir Alex Fergurson.
The Dutchman is well experienced in building a title-winning team from his three years dominating stay in the Eredivisie with Ajax, where he won every available trophy except in the UEFA competitions where his team was overpowered.

Ten Hag has been quite adamant both on and off the pitch about the kind of style he expects his team to play and has been grooming the current squad to meet the standards that he laid out for the team since he took over in the summer.
His man management prowess has been yielding great results for United on the pitch, as some of their players have now found renewed confidence playing the game and improving their form regularly this season with Marcus Rashford as the prime example.
Marcus Rashford was reportedly close to an exit in the summer after he struggled last season and was unfairly criticized by the fans. Ten Hag and the board blocked off his exit and made him the face of their project which has paid off tremendously due to his blistering form this season. But the Englishman's current contract is set to expire in the summer and PSG have reportedly confirmed their unwavering intention to sign him much to Ten Hag's worry, who desperately want him to continue at the club.
