Since joining Manchester United's manager Erik Ten Hag has been very focused on his players' development on and off the pitch, trying to infuse a level of cohesion that keeps them in sync to deliver a result for the club every time.
His attacking football philosophy was instrumental to Ajax building a dominant team in the Dutch league that further convince the United board to quickly bring him into Old Trafford to save their club from its on-field shambles towards the end of last season.
He is now the most wanted man in Manchester amidst interest
United fans are furious at England coach's antics toward this star
So far his man-management has helped United breed Marcus Rashford to find his best self once more in front of the goal as he exudes confidence every him he touches the ball. Ten had a very clear plan and path for Rashford, which is to lead the new phase of the club.
But that hasn't been easy to do for his English counterpart in Jadon Sancho, who continued his United struggle into this season under him. Sancho was a marvel to watch during his time with Borussia Dortmund but has dipped badly since his move to Manchester.
With club football officially on hold for now till late November, Ten Hag has put together a special training camp for Jadon Sancho with a specialist trainer in the Netherlands. The focus is to help build Sancho's confidence with the ball against and help rediscover his form.
