One of the key features of Erik Ten Hag's managerial style has been to always give young players all the opportunity to shine under his enabling coach environment. It was a key feature of his Ajax team during his time at the club.
At Manchester United, he has been able to seed that process and the results have begun to impact United's performance this season, with Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho as key references to signify the ongoing changes.

Ten Hag also urged the club two make to an essential signing for him from his former club to further speed up instilling his style and values at the club. Lisandro and Antony have both become regular starters under the Dutchman at United.
But things have been a little tricky with one of his players, Donny Van der Beek who was one of his former players during his early reign at Ajax. Donny since joining Manchester United from Ajax hasn't fulfilled the potential that convinced United to sign him.
The rest of the United squad without any international football commitment at all currently in Spain for the special training camp that Erik Ten Hag has set up along with his backroom staff. Ten Hags is reportedly aiming to help Donny find his form again during his camp and have him ready as a new signing when the league resumes in December.
