Altay Bayindir might make his Manchester United in the Champions League game.

Erik ten Hag might think about the really near future of the goal for the red devils, and the fact that Altay Bayindir might need to get a bigger role for the team in the next months.

The fact is that Erik ten Hag has talked about Altay Bayindir, the sub goal kepeer that is yet to make his debut, but the fact is that is going to be really important for the red devils to be ready when Onana leaves for the African Cup of Nations, because that would mean that the player might be ready to leave the team for at least a month now.

“You will see [if Bayindir will play tomorrow]. But we have to chose in the League Cup to play André Onana because he [Bayindir] has to adapt to the England standard. That is why we preferred André to play.” and now that could be the hint for the red devils to expect for the sub keeper to have a much more important role in the near future.

And Ten Hag also added, “We have to progress Altay Bayindir, that is clear. He has made a very good impression in training and he is really developing, so we are really hapy with it. We are convinced we have the two right goal keepers in the squad to do the job for us.” and the fact is that the player might be ready to make his debut.

When Onana decides to leave to play in the AFCON, the player is going to be out for at least a month, and if the Cameroon National team advances to the final he would be out for more time, which could be the reason why the red devils manager is pushing to have Altay Bayindir make his debut and probably have a lot more playing time.

Altay Bayindir

The fact is that Altay Bayindir was happy with being the sub keeper for the red devils, but the fact is that the player now needs to get more playing time and hope to have a really good role aswell.
