The Dutchman opted to bench Ronaldo and gave his backing to Marcus Rashford as his top nine. The situation escalated on a few occasions and ultimately his contract was mutually terminated, just days after club season was halted for the duration of the World Cup.
After much wait, Cristiano Ronaldo has officially signed Al Nassr Football Club in Saudi Arabia on a multimillion deal just over a month after his exit from Manchester United. According to reports, Man United manager Erik Ten Hag remains displeased with Ronaldo following his scandalous exit from United and is puzzled why anyone would pay so much for an aging player.
