The Glazer era at Manchester United could be coming to an end, the sale of the club is still underway and although nothing is fully definite yet, the latest updates suggest that Jim Ratcliffe could be the American family's favourite prospect.

The British businessman's bid would leave the Glazer family still owning a share of the club so they would not walk away from the Red Devils completely; but what the fans are fed up with is the way he has run the club and his terrible financial decisions, which have done nothing but sink United into unaffordable debt and have the club in one of its worst downfalls in history.

As recently published in a balance sheet, in the last 3 years United have sold very few players such as: Chong, Fosu-Mensah, Pereira Smalling, Garner, Dan Jamese Iqbal; giving us a total of £74.45 million in revenue. While in the same period of time, the club has spent €463 million on new players, so it is not a surprise that we have a reduced budget this year.

Such a situation seems unbelievable, but that is why Ten Hag is not only planning to bring in new signings that will add to the club and become important parts of the team, but also to sell players this summer, which would help United economically in the run up to the new season.

Players who would be on the transfer list

United are going through a big financial crisis, the Glazers are the main culprits of all this and they plan to leave the debt to the next owner, for that reason Ten Hag already chose players who are not in plans for next season, these are:  Maguire, Sancho, Fred, Henderson, Martial, Van Beek and McTominay, the sale of these players could amount to over £100 million, which is more earnings than the club has had in three years.
