Not many people in the world loves the challenge of big occasion like him.

As the clock ticks down to the final group stage in the Europa League, many clubs across Europe will be battling it all out to secure a place in the knockout phase of the second-tier UEFA club competition. The trip to Spain for the Red Devils tonight against Real Sociedad puts them in a category despite four wins from five group-stage games so far.

Erik Ten Hag will be looking to galvanize his side to get more than just a win away from home as they hope to book an automatic spot in the round of 16. With Real Sociedad three points and several goals ahead on the table, United will be seeking to win by more than two goals margin to finish above the Spanish side that has so far won all their group matches.

Not Ronaldo nor Rashford but this player is sacrificing a lot to lead United to glory under Ten Hag

This is Cristiano Ronaldo’s new plan to prove Erik Ten Hag and haters wrong

Ten Hag claims that he has a plan that will secure United’s victory and help get the top spot in Group E to avoid playing a two-legged knockout game against one of the eight-team to drop out of the Champions League. A top-spot win will help United reduce their season fixtures with added games in this hectic season. Cristiano Ronaldo is surely a key part of that plan for his big game displays.

In the press conference ahead of tonight’s game, Ten Hag clearly outlined how clear their target is for today’s game. United have lost their last two games against Spanish sides, which includes Atletico Madrid last season and tonight’s opponent, Real Sociedad earlier in the group stage. The Red Devils have however won six of their last seven matches away from home, averaging at least 2 goals per game.

CAN TEN HEG ACHIEVE HIS TARGET?

It will certainly be a mouthwatering encounter for the fans, as they will be excited to see their team get an emphatic win away from home. Ten Hag will surely set up a strong lineup to dominate and dictate the tempo of the game to get their results. Although a few players are unavailable, the likes of Ronaldo, Casemiro, Eriksen, and Harry Maguire will possibly start for United.
