The legend who dreams of managing Manchester United, he is going for ten Hag

Managing a team like Manchester United is difficult, every season you have to perform in every competition, and in order to do that you have to build a lot of things, a squad that can take you there, a team that you rely on and a lot of confidence.

In the recent years all around soccer we have seen a lot of legends returning to their clubs to manage them, the most succesfull one being Zinedine Zidane with Real Madrid, and following up on that trend there is a Manchester United legend that could try and replicate that success at Old Trafford.

The legend that wants to manage the club is Wayne Rooney, he has being managing DC United in the MLS and thinks he is now ready to take over Manchester United once again, but these time as the manager.

In an interview for the DC United media he said, “Manchester United is a club that is really close to my heart so to manage them would be a dream come true.” At the moment it seems that Erik ten Hag is a key part of the project that the red devils want to accomplish, but if they need to look for somebody else to take over the team Rooney is more than willing to do so.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy is another ex Manchester United player that could get to the team to manage it, he has taken over that position at Ajax and he have won 2 trophies in less than a year, so in a few years he could be ready to take an even bigger challenge.
