Manchester United seems to be in the race to sign Frenkie de Jong once again, and if they want to do so this is the amount they will have to pay.

Barcelona has a very delicate financial situation, and they are looking to raise around 190 million euros in order to the heal the team and clear some of the debts, so they are looking for teams that could pay for some of their players.

Frenkie de Jong is one player that really attracts Erik ten Hag, they know each other from Ajax, team that was managed by ten Hag while De Jong was playing there, so each of them know what they are capable of doing on the pitch, and that relationship could get the mid fielder closer to Old Trafford.

Barcelona knows that the player from the Netherlands could become a super star in any team, and despite the fact that he is a player that Xavi likes to use for most of their games, for the right amount they will be willing to let him go, and they have already putted on a price tag for him.

The amount that they are asking for is somewhere around the 80 million euros, looking at all of the situation surrounding the team it is logical that they want to sell some of their highest valued players, and with the need to reinfornce the team for ten Hag he could be the main goal for the transfer window.

Frenkie de Jong to Old Trafford

This next transfer window will be the second time that Manchester United will be looking to sign the mid fielder, but this time Barcelona is actually looking to sell him, so for him to arrive with the red devils could be a real possibility.
