In the summer, the Manchester United board made the first move to change their path to greatness by signing Erik Ten Hag as the new manager. The move to Old Trafford was quite easy as Ten Hag was also very much interested in moving.

Ten Hag made his move to United swiftly and has made tremendous progress with the team as their season continues. The fusion of youth and experience has been well-balanced over the last few months as they sit third on the EPL table.

The Red Devils have picked up valuable points for top six rivals just six months into Ten Hag's reign at the club. Manchester United beat Liverpool at Old Trafford 2-1, with goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford.

They also beat current league leaders Arsenal 3-1 at home in a thrilling contest that saw, Antony Santos scored on his debut before Rashford added a brace much later. They also beat Tottenham with ease, while Ronaldo made headlines for his misconduct.

How has Ten Hag's United progressed?

Manchester United fans are now all fully behind the Dutch manager following the fantastic results the team is delivering both on and off the pitch. Though they lost 6-3 at the Etihad, United got payback with a 2-1 home win. Ten Hag has now beaten Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp, Antonio Conte, and Mikel Arteta, just a few months into his managerial reign.
