Manchester United might be away in Spain for their club training camp but they remain the talk of the town in the footballing world following their recent internal crisis which was triggered by Cristiano Ronaldo during his media interview with Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo look set for the exit door at United after his recent roar in the media that saw him bash the club's integrity by stating that they have remained stagnant in innovation and development since his first stint at the club under legendary Sir Alex Ferguson.

His actions have triggered reactions and interest from the media who see every opportunity to get his teammates' opinion of the Portuguese recent actions which have displeased him. Ronaldo was swift to dismiss the questions about him aimed at his international teammate earlier today by imploring the media to focus their questions on the ongoing World Cup instead.

Ronaldo made this know during Portugal's press conference today ahead of their World  Cup opener against Ghana on Thursday. Ronaldo has faced a series of challenges this season with the toughest being what he claims is disrespect from his manager Erik Ten Hag towards him which was also one of the reasons he had the interview.

WHAT HAPPEN NOW TO RONALDO?

The 37-year-old is currently at his first world cup tournament, which is most definitely his last, and is ready to help Portugal challenge other top national teams for the World Cup trophy in Qatar. Although he recently said that it will be hard for him and his teammates to win the tournament but they do have a chance nonetheless. While his club career is unclear at the moment, Ronaldo promised that if Portugal wins the World Cup he will retire immediately.
