Manchester United defender believes the club target can reach the top level following his performance.

Manchester United sort for quality additions to the first team for the majority of their summer as they considered different targets to fill in the different available positions in their team after bringing in a new manager to oversee the team affairs.

The left-back position was a concern for United after they decided to allow Alex Telles level on loan to join Spanish side Sevilla, which mean that they'd be left with only Luke Shaw as their only first-team left-back player, which would've been a risk.

Reacting swiftly, Erik Ten Hag drove United's pursuit of Tyrell Malacia from Feyenoord who was close to joining French side Lyon before the move was hijacked. Ultimately the dutch fullback joined United to provide ample competition to Luke Shaw at the left-back position.

Malacia's part to United's form this season earned him a place in the Netherland World Cup team that is currently through the Quarterfinals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar after they thrashed USA 3-1 in the latest round of 16 matches.
