England is set to begin their world cup campaign tomorrow against Iran at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. The English team has carefully selected 26 players that will provide them with all the arsenal they need to succeed at the Mundial despite the challenges to come.
Although 14 players were called up from the United squad, only three of those made it to the England national team. They are Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw, and club captain Harry Maguire, who has had a very disturbing start to the season under his new manager.

Maguire has been subject to all the heavy criticisms in recent seasons and was tipped to become a key part of Ten Hag plans at the start of the summer but has found life under the new manager to be quite frustrating for him with barely any appearances.
His constant bench roles this season has seen him fall down the pecking order at United. Many fans thought he would get his chance in the team after they lost Raphaël Varane to injury in their 1-1 draw at Stamford this season but Ten Hag had other plans which did not include the club captain.
Harry Maguire is set to lead at the national level after receiving a huge boost and support from England's manager Gareth Southgate. The defender is said to be fully focused on his performance at the Mundial in a bid to boost his transfer prospects, as United is rumored to be ready to let him go as he stands no chance in the Ten Hag ideology. But for now, Maguire is has set his sight on helping England bring the trophy home.
