Manchester United are leaving no stone unturned in their search for a new striker to join their building team under their new manager. The search for a new striker became more intense after Cristiano Ronaldo was dismissed by the club last month.

The legendary footballer had recently conducted a media interview that put the club's entire structure and core in jeopardy following his comments and remarks that subsequently dealt the final blow to their strained relationship this season.

United has so far relied heavily on Marcus Rashford's rediscovered brilliance in front of goal this season to grind out results, especially hard-fought wins. The Englishman has happily carried the team goal-scoring burden so far and will surely be expecting to have someone to share it with by January.

Manchester United has been linked with a number of options and the latest being 21-year-old Portuguese striker, Goncalo Ramos of SL Benfica. The striker has been in a great run of scoring form for both club and country.

HOW MUCH WILL RAMOS COST UNITED?

According to the latest report, Benfica will be willing to let go of their top striker for more than 70 million euros following his great performance during the ongoing World Cup in Qatar where he bagged a hattrick on his World Cup full debut.
