Manchester United made one of the most controversial moves this summer, as we know since the arrival of Erik Ten Hag, the club has undergone a major renovation with the intention of only having those players who are in the future plans of the coach, while the others have had to leave through the back door and see how quickly they are replaced.

David de Gea was one of those players who became a legend of the Red Devils, but had to leave after 12 years defending the goal, this was undoubtedly shocking news, because days before the official news came out there was talk that the goalkeeper and the board were in negotiations to agree the terms of a new contract, but due to the idea that the coach had of bringing in a new goalkeeper, these negotiations ended up falling through.

And so it was through a message on social networks that the Spanish goalkeeper said goodbye to all the fans and gave way to a new era for the club; it cannot be denied that the arrival of André Onana did not excite everyone, as we knew that he was one of the best players available on the market and that he had also shared time at Ajax with Ten Hag, so it was assumed that he already had a clear idea of the system of play.

Since his signing, the Cameroonian goalkeeper was able to quickly become a starter, demonstrating his qualities in the first friendly matches, however, at the beginning of the season he has had several important mistakes that have put the team in trouble and therefore the defensive backline has been one of the most criticised in these three matches that have been played.

David de Gea shows his great fitness

While Andre Onana has struggled to find a good performance at the start of the Premier League, the Spanish goalkeeper continues to train in private facilities with a view to finding a team soon that will allow him to continue his football career, as he has shown his training sessions on social networks and that could open the way for him with the teams that are interested in signing him before the transfer market closes.
