Erik Ten Hag still intends to sell his players before the season starts, the team has been making a lot of changes lately in order to improve in all areas on the pitch, for that reason the manager would be looking to bring in at least two more reinforcements, but he would have to make room in the budget first.

So far only two signings have joined Manchester United, the first was Mason Mount who arrived earlier this month and the second was goalkeeper André Onana, who just made his debut in pre-season; both players arrived on a permanent deal and were paid approximately £60 million each; hence the urgency for the manager to try to sell players who do not fit into his plans.

Erik Ten Hag would have given his list of transferable players since the beginning of the summer and although names like Harry Maguire, Anthony Martial, appear on the list as priorities to sell, but there would be other players that with the arrival of the signings would have to free up some space, so it would have to be a quick sale.

The goalkeeping position is one of the busiest in the team, with the arrival of Onana as a starter leaves the other goalkeepers with a minimal chance of seeing playing time, so some of them would see their departure from the club approaching, with the idea of finding new opportunities and that their career is not stagnant.

Dean Henderson next to leave

The English goalkeeper has not been able to participate in the preseason, because he has been dragging a thigh injury that has prevented him from training alongside his teammates, besides that the signing of Andre Onana complicates his continuity with Manchester United, so the board would already be in talks with Nottingham Forest to be the next destination for Henderson.
